The Individualized Wellness Report provides residents, senior center participants and staff targeted first step and future step suggestions to move towards a higher level of well-being. The Organizational Wellness Report provides suggestions to help organizations better establish, assess and track programming goals as they continue to develop a culture of wellness. The Whole-Person Wellness Assessment has been pilot-tested and reviewed by residents, staff and older adults in the community who have attended Mather's More Than a Café and has been used in continuing care retirement communities.
