![]() Summary of Our Research FindingsAs a licensed LEAP user, each community has the opportunity to participate in the evaluation component. All nurses and CNAs complete the brief surveys included in the modules and submit the forms for analysis by the Mather LifeWays Institute on Aging research team. Data are collected prior to LEAP implementation and again six and 12 months post-implementation. Key outcomes that have been demonstrated to impact staff retention and care quality are included, such as job satisfaction, empowerment, organizational climate, leadership behaviors, and work productivity. Results are compiled and then presented in a printed report prepared especially for your own residence. Following is an example of just one of the report tables showing improvements in nursing staff job satisfaction over time.
The annual report also includes valuable benchmarking data to compare your achievements with other organizations implementing LEAP.
