Our staff is trained in the needs of older adults, with a higher-than-average retention rate among nursing care centers.

Many nursing care centers rotate staff. We don't. Our nursing staff is permanently assigned. The result? One-to-one attention and personal relationships.

Mather Pavilion has a level of staffing that most nursing care centers do not provide. The Nurse Manager on each floor coordinates individualized care and is one of the many friendly, familiar faces.
